The International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) is seeking proposals from Belgian service providers to assist in the production of its annual events. This decision to outsource support functions aligns with IIAS's strategy to focus internal resources on core activities while delegating administrative, logistical, and technical tasks to specialized partners.
Established in 1930, IIAS is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to improve public governance research, education, and practice worldwide. Through conferences, publications, and research projects, IIAS serves as a global platform for knowledge exchange and collaboration in the field. Key aspects of IIAS's operations include:
Hosting international conferences and symposiums to facilitate dialogue among practitioners, researchers, and policymakers.
Publishing the International Review of Administrative Sciences (IRAS) to disseminate research findings and best practices.
Accrediting academic and professional training programs in public management.
Engaging with government agencies, academic institutions, and international organizations to promote effective governance practices.
OBJECTIVES:
To enhance efficiency and ensure business continuity, IIAS seeks to outsource certain event management and logistical activities. This decision aims to optimize resources and maintain the quality of services while allowing IIAS to focus on the core mission.
REQUIREMENTS:
IIAS plans to outsource event management and logistical support for its annual conferences and related activities. Service providers must demonstrate expertise in logistics and event management, along with adequate resources to meet IIAS's requirements.
SELECTION PROCESS:
Interested providers are invited to submit detailed proposals outlining their capabilities, experience, and pricing. IIAS will evaluate proposals based on specified criteria and select providers accordingly.

The International Institute of Administrative Sciences calls for proposals for its 2026 Conference, to be held in Seoul (South Korea) on November 17-20 on the theme of "Growth for Society: Collaborative governance, social innovation, and Public Value".
